Who is it for?
Cellphone users who don't want to rely on 911 when they need immediate help.
What does it do?
First you would select a list of emergency contacts. Then, if you have a smartphone, you just push the Panic icon and a message with your location goes to your emergency contacts letting them know you need help. You can either activate a loud alert if you want to draw attention to yourself, or if want to send your message incognito, you can activate the silent alert. Even if you don’t have a smartphone you can activate Panic via SMS. Because Panic uses Life360’s multi-channel messaging service, your Panic alert will get delivered to your contacts in a phone call, a text message, and an email. If there are other Life360 users in your vicinity, you can also adjust your setting to alert them as well.
